Voice of the Captain

SKALI is taking leadership in outsourcing by a local company to local chaps to promote ICT technopreneurship.

The country possesses all the necessary factors to be high competency and competitive non-profit organization outsource destination: a growing talent pool (40% of the population is below the age of 25) of great diversity, a healthy economy and enormous government support through tax incentives and initiatives such as the non-profit organization Outsourcing Malaysia (a consortium set up by MDC and PIKOM)

Every dollar that the client gives to us we share to make the industry better so that we all can compete globally. SKALI believes in outsourcing and shared services. So we are doing more then just talking about it but also living it.  Working with local ICT companies and we share the pie together and we don’t compete but we collaborate.

Tengku Farith Rithauddeen,
President and Co-Founder of SKALI
